LittleBrother’s name did make the Top 100 of 2007 (bummer) but falls near the end. That said, in our breastfeeding class, he has a name twin who was born exactly one month before he joined the world. Thankfully, they will go to separate schools. And is it me or are the top 10 boy names awfully rhyme-y? Interesting!

Oh Yeah..We made 26;) I like that ranking, not too popular, makes him feel a bit more unique:)

  2. We’ve got 32 and 64. Hey! That’s kinda weird! 32 is HALF of 64. Sorry if I’m the only one amused by this.
And, when we picked the names when they were born? We thought they were uncommon. Sheesh. Turns out that the year my older was born, he was in the top ten. There were 6 of his name in Kindy alone last year. This year there is one in his class! Younger brother’s name has never been as popular, thank goodness. And since we live in a very multicultural area, chances are that kids won’t have the same name.

I had to click over and see the names. Whew…neither of mine are in the Top 100. Of course, I knew Cordelia wouldn’t be there – I don’t think it’s even cracked the top 1000 in since the 1800′s, but Miranda has been more popular lately. I think it’s somewhere in the 100-200 range.

And yeah, the top 10 boys names are awfully rhyme-y.
