		<description>What got me motivated to join a class was watching one.  I&#039;d walk by the windows two days a week and watch these two XL women in a step aerobics class.  I then noted that most of the others in the class weren&#039;t perfect or able to perfectly follow the perfect instructor.  Anyway, it finally hit me that I couldn&#039;t possibly be worse than some of these people.  I tried the class.  I couldn&#039;t even believe how much I sucked but it was So. Much. Fun.  Now after months I still can&#039;t always add all the arm motions and still get insanely confused when the routine changes, but the class is a blast and I feel great when it&#039;s over.  Who knows, watching me suck may be someone else&#039;s motivation for joining the class, lol.</description>

		<description>What an awesome experience. You&#039;re benefiting from increased metabolism and muscle strength.  I highly recommend taking your measurements (inches of hips, thighs, arms, waist and chest) and focusing on your body composition changes over the scale!  You&#039;re already seeing the benefits in your increased endurance and New clothes!  You go girl.  Throw out the scale (okay, I understand, I can&#039;t get rid of it either), but don&#039;t let it be the up and down for your emotions!  

Yep,  The fitness instructors are the best.  Go give the classes a try.  They&#039;ll be motivating and fun!</description>

		<description>You are doing a KICK ASS job, so keep it up.  I do know how you feel, though.  You would think that riding bike 30 miles a week would make some sort of difference, and every Spring I think it will, but it never does.  *sigh*  I guess at least we know we are sort of in shape, even if the scale doesn&#039;t agree!

		<description>I am glad you have comments open because I really wanted to say YAY!! to this. I joined the Y this summer too and I am actually working out three or four times a week and LOVE it. It&#039;s the first time ever for me to use a fitness center. I screwed up my courage and made appointments with the trainers and learned to use the weight machines. I tried a spinner class and hated the  loud music they played, plus I couldn&#039;t keep up. I tried Pilates and loved it. The babysitting is the kicker though. I sometimes go on the treadmill just to be by myself :)

My trainer attributed it to my metabolism leveling out and muscle gain. It took a few weeks before I saw noticeable weight loss. So you&#039;re definitely on the right track!
