What a bad exprience with the electric company. As for the laptop, congrats as HP is worthy to accquire. If I've to mention a note for the future, it's always a good idea to do some internet research regarding the reviews of the product before buying, especially users review because they tell their expirences with it. I always do this for tech products, and before travelling to check good hotels. Hichams last blog post..Sorry!

I have an HP also and I’m thrilled with it. I did a lot of research (on different brands) before getting it. I also have a Mac laptop for work (because I have no choice!), but I have always preferred PCs. My last one was a Dell and it was okay for about two years, but it doesn’t compare to the HP. I haven’t really had any problems yet, but it’s good to know their customer service is great.

And I’m glad you’re up and running! It’s terrible not having your laptop – I know that feeling!

Well said! After my Dell fiasco last week, I happily went for a Mac this time. I’m working on the learning curve, but their customer service was impeccable and you just can’t beat that. Glad HP is a winner too. I’ll keep that in mind as our desktop is a PC.

I just bought a little Acer notebook because they are the only computer company I could find with good international service coverage. As an expat, that was important to me. Maybe I'll have to think about HP once we're back in North America again... Kims last blog post..From busy to busier… and loving it.

We are mac users and only buy apples but I totally agree on the customre service. If apple did not have good customer service I am sure we would not buy from them. Computers are one of the things that NEED good customer service - not that everything shouldn't have it but computers need it. Upstatemomof3s last blog post..Time Is Flying!!
