If it’s any comfort whatsoever, I have absolutely zero recollection of the presumed travails involved in potty training our two now-grown-up sons. I’m pretty sure though, that it was one of the things (along with nursing, and sleeping through the night) that our very wise pediatrician assured me would resolve before the kid left for college.

I just logged into Amazon and it suggested Have You Seen My Potty? which has a little girl on the front. I suggest this without having read it so don't hate me. That said, the Monster book is a longer read but is HILARIOUS. And, yes, I hate potty training.

I need a book with lots of girls. I’ve been trying to convince Kate that everyone poops, on the potty even. I honestly don’t think she believes me.

Maybe I’ll check out that monster book. Although nightmares are also a bit of a problem right now, so maybe not.

I hate potty training.
