Our day was lovely. Magic was had (more on that on Monday). The weather cooperated. We had one of those beautiful drama-free Christmas celebrations with my family. The kids were crazy well-behaved. I took some time out for a walk on the snowy Farm (pictures this coming week) and to read a book. I do have a supremely out of line back, but I survived.
Really, it was a lovely day.
We get to do it again tomorrow, but I’ll treasure this photo all year long.
Tomorrow I’ll post my #xmas12 photos, though I might take another set as we’re Christmas-ing again tomorrow. It was fun to (try to remember to) take a photo every hour. But more on that tomorrow. Now? A glass of wine and much needed rest.

What an amazingly beautiful photo, no less because the two young boys in it are smiling and posing so nicely! I guess they’re used to being photographed. Mine are too, but the older they get, the less they enjoy it.
