It continues to grow. The mustache, that is.
As I’m really the only one that FireDad is mouth-kissing, I can let you know that it has finally passed the “ow, it’s poking me in the lip and it hurts really bad” stage and entered the “it’s kinda soft but still partly poking but it hurts less” phase. So, don’t kiss him yet.
When I took today’s picture, one week since last week’s picture, I asked him why he was making a grumpy face as he was in a rather good mood. His response:
Because men with mustaches look like this!
He’s weird. But he’s weird with a mustache now.

Weird with a mustache, and the best darn firefightin’, grocery shoppin’, Dyson sweepin’, barbecue chicken cookin’ husband out there.

LOL, it looks too pokey! I’m glad hubby hasn’t decided to join into the stache growing recently as well. Our good friend is not only growing the stache, but he’s growing a mullet! Since he’s bald on top it should be HILARIOUS! We’re on different shifts now (super sad smiley face) so I haven’t seen him in a couple weeks. Big wedding coming up and I’m already rolling thinking of the awesome pictures for posterity we will have! Darn I love our firefamily

He is a riot. When I see his pics I think of LB concentrating really hard. I hate pokey kissing myself and was glad when Hubby cut off his goatee.

I have worn a ‘stache since…..about 1990, so when I had to shave it off recently when I attended Oklahoma’s police academy, it felt really strange. Three weeks into the academy, my wife said “I want my Todd back!”. The ‘stache has been such a fixture on my face for so long, it’s part of who I am. ;o)
It’s cute! But he totally doesn’t want to look cute, prolly, so IT’S MANLY.
