March Stitch Fix: HOME RUN!

Okay. Little League season just started this week, so the “Home Run” analogy comes from the overwhelming excitement about baseball. But yes, this was another Perfect Stitch Fix. I knew it would be even before I tried on the pieces as they all matched my style, my color loves, and things I’ve been pinning.

Batter up!

This. Shirt. I love the print; it’s like nothing I already own. I love the colors; green and coral make for a happy spring combination. I love how it pairs with my favorite new pants. Basically, I just love everything about this shirt. I predict I’ll wear this outfit quite frequently this spring.

I paired this blouse with my aqua jeggings, but I really could wear it with the coral pants, jeans, a skirt, or lots of other things. I wore my navy cami, but I could also wear it with a number of other colors to pull together various outfits.

This sleeveless top is everything. I threw on a pair of green jeans, but I definitely could dress it up with my green and navy pencil skirt or even a pair of navy dress pants. Or capris. Or everything. Or anything. I’m in love. It’s dressy. It’s fun. It’s happy. It’s me.

I’ve wanted a versatile gray cardigan for quite some time. This is light enough for spring, but would be heavy enough for fall or winter. This seems like the perfect time to add it to my wardrobe.

Pixley Kathy Striped Fit & Flare Dress

So, this dress. I pinned a similar dress on my style pinboard awhile ago, so my stylist was really paying attention. I love the way it comes in at the waist. I love the neckline. I love the slight poof at the shoulder. I love the v-back, which I forgot to photograph. It’s just lovely. I wore turquoise with it to add a pop of color, but I could really wear any color or simply silver or gold pieces. The thing I love best is that I can wear it for all seasons. I’m thinking of pairing it with some springy cardigans this week. Or more turquoise.

So yes, I bought all five pieces. I love the spring style and the many different ways I can wear each piece. I’m looking forward to next month already. Home run, indeed!

  1. I just registered for Stitch Fix and my first box is on the way. I’m actually nervous that I WILL like everything and want to buy it all because 5 new things are not in my budget! But I’m excited about stepping out of my comfort zone and seeing what new things someone else picks out for me. :)
