Stop, Drop and Blog

I meant to take more pictures of myself this week. I mean, I knew that the You Capture theme was “You.” Meaning me, not you. But the week got away from me. And then I got a wicked sunburn. And so I didn’t really take a picture of myself until last night after a very stressful meeting. My face isn’t sunburned (hooray for moisturizer with SPF) but you can see the remnants on my arms. Ugh.

Notes: the two white dots off my one shoulder are where we have patched the place where the towel rack used to be but we have not re-painted yet. Mainly because I’m considering a new color. Also, I don’t know why I straightened my hair yesterday. It wasn’t hot but it was very, very humid. But, somehow it looks very nice in this picture. There were other shots, mind you, where my hair looked like an exploding mushroom atop my head due to the fact that it’s naturally very-wavy-almost-curly and straightening it in this humidity is a joke and a half. But I don’t learn.

Next week’s challenge is: motion. We’re always in motion here. I’ll see what i can come up with for next Thursday.
